A terraced hillside site model built around a modern private villa — cut into a raw earth block to show grading and topography alongside the finished architecture. The house sits low and glass-fronted at the crest, warm interior light contrasting against cool concrete rooftops and a stylized low-poly tree canopy. Contoured stone retaining walls step down toward the water's edge, tying the massing study to the landscape it's sited on.
