01What is collected
When you send the contact or quote form, the details you enter are stored: name, email, project type, number of views, deadline, budget and your message. Nothing else is asked for.
02How it is used
Your details are only used by Wilken Eupalao to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. They are never sold, shared for marketing or added to a mailing list.
03Where it is stored
Messages are kept in a private database (Supabase) and forwarded to my inbox by an email service (Resend). Anonymous page-view statistics are collected by Vercel Analytics without cookies.
04How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for record-keeping after a project. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.
05Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email eupalaow5@gmail.com and it will be handled within 7 days.
